Call me old school, but in this computerised era, I miss good "old fashioned" and personal, service. Everything these days became "McDonaldised" and automated and I find it very impersonal and cold.

I would like to share my experience at your Fourways branch during this week. Your staff were excellent. Each person I encountered went far and beyond what "normal employees" do. Professional, warm, caring and one could sense that they enjoyed what they were doing with a sense of pride as if they were shareholders.

They were Flora, Cherie, Sam, Wayne and Ras, who gave me a ride home.
